STRATHROY MIDDLESEX GENERAL HOSPITAL AUXILIARY DONATES $42,400 TO THE FOUNDATIO

The Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital (SMGH) Auxiliary proudly presented the SMGH Foundation CEO, Susan McLean, with a cheque in the amount of $42,400.  The cheque presentation took place at the Annual General Meeting & Strawberry Social event in the SMGH cafeteria on May 24, 2016 in the SMGH Cafeteria.

The donation was made towards the SMGH Auxiliary’s pledge of $1 million; this incredible pledge was made to the SMGH Foundation on February 23rd, 2009. 

“The Auxiliary is very proud of the volunteers that give of their time to help raise the funds to purchase equipment for the hospital,” says SMGH Auxiliary President, Pam Hillis.  “Thank you to all community members that help to make this possible by purchasing items from the Gift Shop, Java Hut, and other fundraising events.”
